I’m Elena (pronounced LNR), the heart behind LNR Events.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about creating extraordinary moments — celebrations rich in connection, beauty, and true joy.
LNR Events is the culmination of almost two decades dedicated to crafting immersive, multi-sensory experiences that engage the five senses and leave a lasting emotional impact.
I believe the most unforgettable events are those you feel with your whole being — where every sight, sound, scent, taste, and touch come together to create something truly magical.
This philosophy lies at the heart of every corporate activation, milestone celebration, and private event I design.
My journey began in 2004 at Melbourne’s iconic Grand Hyatt Hotel, where I curated experiences for international entertainers and elite sporting teams. I later moved to the Melbourne Museum, orchestrating major events that blended world-renowned exhibitions with high-profile corporate and private functions. In 2011, I expanded into the corporate sector, conceptualising and delivering bespoke events tailored to each client’s unique story.
After two decades of bringing visions to life for Melbourne’s leading venues and clients, LNR Events was born — a dream project devoted to creating sophisticated, sensory-driven events that captivate and inspire.
As a Greek vegetarian, a lover of music, family, and the simple joys of life, I bring not only extensive industry expertise but also genuine heart to every event.
