I’m Elena, the founder and creative mind behind LNR Events.
And there’s a little story behind the name. LNR is how you pronounce my name, Elena. A personal touch that felt just right for a business built around creativity.
With more than 20 years of experience across luxury hospitality, corporate events and event design, I’ve always been drawn to the details that make an occasion feel special. The atmosphere of a room, the warmth of a welcome, the unexpected finishing touch and the way everything comes together to create a lasting impression.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that what I love most is taking an idea and turning it into something people can see, feel and remember.

LNR Events was founded on a simple belief: exceptional events should feel effortless for the people hosting them.
Whether creating a sophisticated corporate celebration, an immersive brand experience, a gala dinner or a milestone occasion, I approach every event with fresh eyes, genuine enthusiasm and a thoughtful understanding of what makes it meaningful.
I love seeing an idea evolve from that first spark into something real. From developing the creative direction and refining the details to coordinating the right suppliers and bringing everything together on the day, I’m involved throughout the journey.
For me, great event design is where creativity meets experience. It’s knowing when to push an idea, when to keep things simple and how to make every detail feel intentional. That balance of creative direction, thoughtful planning and hands-on delivery is at the heart of LNR.

As the founder and Creative Director, you work directly with me throughout the journey. Your event receives personal attention, thoughtful creative direction and the reassurance of having an experienced professional overseeing the details.

Beautiful design should have purpose — every element should contribute to the experience.
The best events are designed from the guest’s perspective. I put myself in their shoes and consider what they see, hear, taste, feel and experience at every point along the way.
The details matter. Sometimes it’s the smallest touch that makes an event feel truly personal.
