Hosted for a top-tier corporate client’s most valued guests, the event was designed as a heartfelt thank you for their continued support—an evening filled with sophistication, excitement, and festive cheer.
Elegant Christmas Styling Inspired by Tradition
Our design concept drew inspiration from the timeless elegance of traditional Christmas colours. Rich reds, lush greens, and shimmering golds were carefully curated to pop against Vue de Monde’s dark, intimate interior, creating a sophisticated yet vibrant atmosphere.
A highlight of the décor was the use of classic Christmas cherries displayed in tall, thin cylinders filled with water, topped with floating candles, adding modern elegance and warmth to the tablescape.
The custom event stationery by Adelphi Mou tied every element together seamlessly, complementing the overall look and feel and elevating the event with a refined, cohesive touch.
Setting the Scene: A Festive Entrance
First impressions matter, which is why we designed a stunning entrance experience. Guests were welcomed through a custom Christmas red arch and cart supplied by Prop Empire, adorned with lush garlands and twinkling fairy lights. At the base of each side, Christmas trees of varying heights surrounded beautifully wrapped presents, creating a magical, festive scene.
As guests passed through the archway, they discovered a custom cart to collect their personalised Christmas crackers. Each cracker contained a surprise prize, giving guests the chance to play at the cash and grab booth or enjoy other thoughtful gifts, adding an interactive and memorable element to the evening.
